Welcome

”Fulfilling the Great Commission by becoming Jesus’ hands and Feet.”

We at Union Park Grace Fellowship are here to serve you in any way we can and to extend the right hand of fellowship to you.

Union Park Grace Fellowship Church is hosting a 13-week GriefShare support group. The first session starts 1/31/23 at 6:30pm lasting until approximately 8:00pm. The following sessions will occur every Tuesday at 6:30pm to approximately 8:00pm. For those who have lost loved ones, grief can feel overwhelming. The GriefShare support group focuses on healing through God’s Word. The sessions include video, workbook, and discussions with others who have lost loved ones. Jesus said “Ye shall know the truth and the truth shall set you free.” (John 8:32) It is our intent that everyone who enters Union Park Grace Fellowship hears the gospel of Jesus Christ; that He is the only way to achieve Heaven as our      eternal home.  “I am the way, the truth and the life. No man cometh unto the Father but by me.” (John 4:6)

Jesus said:
“I am the way,
the truth and the life.
No man cometh unto the Father
but by me.

Once one has received Christ as one’s personal savior, the next step of faith is the “outward showing of an inward happening.” That is the water baptism by immersion, symbolic of Christ’s death, burial, resurrection, and faith in life to come. “We are buried therefore with Him by baptism into death, so that we might walk in the newness of Life.” (Romans 6:4)

We believe in the infilling of the Holy Spirit as evidenced by speaking in other tongues. “When the day of Pentecost had fully come, they were all with one accord in one place. And suddenly there came a sound from heaven, as of a rushing mighty wind, and it filled the whole house where they were sitting. Then there appeared to them divided tongues, as the Spirit gave them utterance.” (Acts 2:1-4)

Acts 2:4 King James Version (KJV)
And they were all filled with the Holy Ghost, and began to speak with other tongues, as the Spirit gave them utterance.”

Our walk with Christ is by faith and He will guide, direct, and live His life through the Believer as the Believer yields his or her own life unto Him.

Each week we gather around the table to commune with our Lord. It is a time of self-examination for each Believer, and through emblems of the Lord’s broken body and shed blood, we may gain spiritual strength to overcome those things in our lives which may hinder our Christian walk.

The Holy Bible is the inspired and inerrant Word of God which sets for us the guidelines to live and walk by, and to accept no other authority but God’s; no other book but the Bible.
